    MIDI Transposer allows users to upload MIDI files and perform pitch transposition using a credit-based system. One credit equals one MIDI conversion.

    2. Accounts and Authentication

    To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

    3. Credits and Payments

    • New users may receive free credits at our discretion.
    • Credits are consumed upon successful MIDI conversion.
    • Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
    • Purchased credits are added after successful payment processing via third-party providers.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Abuse or attempt to bypass credit limits
    • Reverse engineer or exploit the Service

    5. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and branding, remain our property. Users retain ownership of their uploaded MIDI files.

    6. Service Availability

    We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

    7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
